1 ADA is a marketplace: agents, developers and private owners list their own homes, and buyers and renters contact them directly. Listers pay a flat fee (a monthly plan, a project subscription or a one-off listing fee), never a commission, so the price you see is the price the seller set.

The site works in 14 languages — Turkish, Russian, German, Swiss German, Arabic, Persian, Polish, Ukrainian, Greek, Romanian, Chinese, French, Italian and English — because that is who buys here. Every listing is reviewed before it goes live, every price is shown in the currency it was set in, and we never publish stock photography — every photo is the lister’s own.
